Everything else is made of plastic which is easy to clean but hard to truly disinfect. I cannot find where to further detach the food container base to let me clean the machine better.
If you unplug this, you will have to set up everything all over again and that can be tricky. The instructions seem detailed, but they don't seem to be accurate on setting up a wireless connection.
I'm happy to have a camera because I can see the food physically being served to my cats and also that they are eating it. If you have 2 look-alike cats, you may not be able to figure out which one is eating.
But, when it comes to wanting an automatic dry food feeder, I love being able to feed them when I'm far away. I'm glad I have this!
