I was really hoping that instead of returning the whole thing that this product has a replacement for the handle. Otherwise, I find that it works well and it picks up products and lots of hair. It is a little flimsy and the head comes unscrewed sometimes but I just fix it and go on. It even gets the dog hair out of the carpet in my car better than a vacuum does! It’s easy to peel sheets, fast to use, has good stickiness and the value for the money is reasonable!
